Fishing with Petey and Gladdis

This was our first fishing trip with Petey and Gladdis. The boys were waiting for this trip for 7 years!! Believe it or not! We went up Provo Canyon to Provo River and fished on Petey's family's property. It was a great day for fishing, but the river was freezing!!! Justin had me wear his waders (can you say big) and I was the only person not frozen by the end of the evening. As the sun went down the fish started jumping out of the river to catch the bugs! It was so cool to see that. Petey caught about 5 fish, Jusitn 2, I caught 1, but Gladdis was skunked. But regardless of the freezing river that about swept each of us under at one point, we still had a great time!
